What To Expect When Working With A Consultant

Using a consultant can help to give a different perspective on a problem. Without a doubt our clients are all accomplished chemists but when a project has stalled it can be hard to know what way to turn next. An external consultant, particularly one with over 28 years experience in process development and using experimental design to solve complicated chemical problems, will bring a fresh approach to problem solving, may be able to spot things you’ve missed and in asking the right questions can lead you to overcome difficulties in surprisingly short timeframes. Our approach is to collect information during initial conversations with you and your wider team if appropriate, make initial suggestions and go on to develop an experimental plan from there. We can be as involved as you like in the project, even doing data analysis and analysis of experimental designs, create presentations and write full project reports.

How do we use data?

We can assess any data you provide us with. Expect us to question the data, assess it’s quality, determine whether the provided data answers the questions we have or if additional information is required, and what that information might be. We will gather and structure information, drawing conclusions from it and present the results in a clear way. We will also challenge assumptions and encourage you to do the same!
